Terms and Conditions – ijjcom Online Gaming Platform

1. Introduction

Welcome to ijjcom. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and ijjcom ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all use of the ijjcom website, its games, services, bonuses, and payment facilities.

ijjcom reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, or residence at any point. Failure to provide such documentation within the timeframe specified by the support team may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending resolution.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one active account at ijjcom. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment details, the same device, or the same household — is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and keep that information up to date at all times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and valid contact details. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account closure without refund.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with any other person. ijjcom will never ask for your full password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support@ijjcom.bet immediately.

3.4 Verification

ijjcom may require identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Required documents typically include a copy of a valid CNIC, proof of ownership of your payment method, and proof of residential address. The verification process is handled securely and documents are used solely for identity confirmation purposes.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits at ijjcom are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500 per transaction.
• ijjcom does not charge processing fees on deposits. Your payment provider's own fees, if any, remain your responsibility.
• Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• Deposits are credited to your account in real time in most cases. Occasional processing delays due to your bank or payment provider are outside ijjcom's control.
• ijjcom reserves the right to reject or reverse a deposit if there is reason to believe it involves fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your ijjcom account are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements. If that method is unavailable, the support team will advise on the appropriate alternative.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of request, with most Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals completing in under 3 minutes.
• Before a first withdrawal, players must complete identity verification. Subsequent withdrawals may also require verification at ijjcom's discretion.
• ijjcom does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are outside ijjcom's control.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Attempting to withdraw before this point will result in bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

6.1 General Bonus Rules

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses at ijjcom are subject to wagering requirements (also called playthrough requirements). This means you must wager the bonus amount — or the bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the specific offer — a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each offer is clearly stated on the Promotions page.

• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus. Bonuses that expire before the requirement is met are forfeited.
• Different game categories contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games, poker, and virtual sports may contribute at a lower percentage. The contribution rate for each category is stated on the relevant promotion.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available at ijjcom use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. This applies to all slot games, card games, poker, virtual sports, and any other game format on the platform. Game outcomes are statistically independent — previous results have no bearing on future results.

• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are based on independently verified game data and reflect theoretical long-run averages across a very large number of plays. They do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

12.1 By ijjcom

ijjcom reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Court order, regulatory requirement, or law enforcement direction.
• Reasonable concern that continued access poses a risk to the player's wellbeing (e.g., problem gambling indicators).

Where an account is closed for verified breach of these Terms, any balance in the account — including deposits and winnings — may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited if breach is confirmed.

12.2 By the Player

You may close your ijjcom account at any time by contacting support@ijjcom.bet. Any real-money balance in your account at the time of closure (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

13. Disputes
